What an interesting photograph!
The back says 1932.
I made a beautiful baby shower card yesterday. I took a lovely, sturdy, large, rustic-looking Christmas card that I had left over as the base of the card. I used scrapbook materials as a source for layers and little tags I could glue inside and outside of the card.

I think it turned out very pretty.

I’m really drawn to old photographs and postcards depicting mothers and their babies. I’m not exactly sure of the time frame of this one, but the men and the building in the background are nearly as interesting as anything else in the photo.

I love, love, love this picture. This baby is sitting on a soft pillow in what looks like a cage. See the chicken-type wire behind her? She is reaching out to pet a bunny but looks sort of skeptical. There are not notes on the back of this photograph postcard.

Isn’t this baby sweet? This baby is also wearing a ring. I zoomed in a bit so you can see.

This picture was taken in New Haven, Connecticut.
