This is a pretty Birthday postcard.  It must have been hand-delivered by the giver.  There’s no postmark.

It says:

Dear Sister, May you have many happy returns of the day as the wish of your loving sister.

It was from Martha to Margaret.

This pretty birthday greeting is postmarked August 15, 1911.  To Merian Drybred from Minnie L.

It’s short but sweet:  “yes the 23 will suit me all right.  see the other girls about it.  what time are you going over.  hope we have a nice day.  don’t forget now.”  This postcard was going to Lenover, Chester Co. PA.
